By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Digital products

Sunrise Writing sells downloadable PDF workbooks. Nothing is shipped. Product pages state the price, page count, file type, and intended use. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payment and delivery

Payment is due when the order is placed. A download link is provided after payment and in the order email. Keep the order email. If the link fails, contact us with the order number and checkout email so we can restore access.

Final sales

Digital purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations after purchase, except where the law requires otherwise. See the refund policy.

Personal use

Your purchase is for your personal use. You may not share, resell, post, reproduce, or use the product commercially without written permission. See the digital product licence.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site or its products in a way that breaks the law or harms other people.

No promised result

Sunrise Writing products provide writing structure and guidance. They do not promise a personal, emotional, professional, or commercial result.
