How Sunrise Writing handles personal information.

Sunrise Writing collects only the information needed to operate the website, communicate with subscribers and customers, and provide access to writing tools and related products.

Information we may collect

This may include your name, email address, billing contact details, order details, messages you send to us, form submissions, and technical information such as browser type, device information, referring page, and website usage data.

How we use information

We use information to provide products, send requested emails, respond to inquiries, manage orders, improve the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational requirements.

Email communication

If you join The Sunrise Letter or request Seven Mornings, the signup form records the information you submit and your marketing choice in the website database. If you consent to marketing, we may send writing notes, useful pages, and occasional product news. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.

Orders and payments

WooCommerce records the information needed to process your order, deliver your digital file, provide customer support, and maintain required business records. Square processes payment information. Sunrise Writing does not receive or store your full card number.

Website measurement

WooCommerce analytics and order attribution may record how visitors reach the store and how the store is used. Sunrise Writing does not currently use advertising pixels to build profiles for targeted advertising.

Service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, forms, ecommerce, payments, file delivery, security, backups, and website measurement. They process information as needed to provide those services and according to their own privacy terms.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including order support, security, tax, accounting, and legal requirements. You may ask what personal information Sunrise Writing holds about you or request a correction or deletion where applicable.
